Wool Week is here

Wool Week is here and Shetland is filling up with enthusiasts from all walks of life.

Over the week visitors go from North to South, West to East, taking in workshops, open studios and pop up shops, exhibitions and, of course, tea and fancies! this year Wool Week celebrates its ninth anniversary and has become so popular that there are now spin-off events - glass making in Unst anyone? - and people coming in the off-season to check out what all the fuss is about.

Already we have had visitors from Canda, America, Scotland, England and Germany, all arriving early to get as much crammed into the week as possible. We are holding workshops in the studios, and open doors from eleven until 4 each day. Pop in if you are heading north and have a look at what is going on. It seems like it is going to be a busy Wool Week! Have a great time everyone.
