Starting as we mean to go on

This year we have started early with our workshops. A beginners session on a January Saturday morning brightened up the studio.

We only have room for small numbers in the studio and that was just fine to start the year off. Three people learned how to weave by playing with colours and patterns on pre-warped looms, and now it seems we have more workshops to run because everyone wants to do a longer session. 

We are planning to run a weekend course later on this year as a residential event. If you fancy trying your hand at weaving with a group of like-minded folk, please send us an email so that you go onto our mailing list. We will let you know when the details are finalised. What fun it will be. A weekend of weaving with company and dining included! And what a great start to the year.
