Warp and Weft Symposium

This weekend, I went down to the Warp and Weft Symposium, an event organised by Jessica Hemmings, Head of Context, from Edinburgh College of Art, with exhibitions curated by Laura Thomas in association with Oriel Myrddin Gallery. The symposium was held at the National Woollen Museum in Wales, and was a superb event to attend.

I was asked to go down to speak about the links between weave and music, and there were talks on trending, architecture, exhibition curating, and short films, as well as plenty of discussion and information. There will be a podcast of the event in due course, and I will post details on the website once that is available.

Thank you for the invitation. It was a really interesting and timely event, and I think there are lots of good things going to come out of it.
