The Tweed Run

Last week saw the 2015 Tweed Run in London which is, ... well, a cycling event in which tweed features heavily.

Since the first event in 2009 the annual event has cycled through Central London past the iconic landmarks, stopping for tea and ending with a stylish bash in the afternoon. Participants dress up in all things tweedy and take to the streets for what looks like a day of laughter and much fun. To see some pictures head over to the Tweed Run website where you can see penny farthings, mini bicycles and those fabby bikes which cry out for a basket on the front and a wire haired fox terrier hanging out of it, tongue lolling and barking furiously into the wind...
