Crocheting a tree

In 2018, the Brazilian artist Ernesto Neto made a crochet tree inside Zurich's Central Station.

GaiaMotherTree took weeks for 27 people to finger-crochet, and the 65 foot high sculpture, through which it was possible to see and to walk, was decorated with more than a thousand pounds of aromatic spices. Contemplative and yet fun, don't you think?
