Today at the care centre

We were very happy to be invited to go to the Westside today to sing and dance with the residents of Wastview Care Centre. John Morris, who I am very proud to work with and know, came in on the bus and we went across to Walls for our session. What a lovely morning. Song and poetry, dance and general merriment ensued!

One of the day care folk, Lassie, mentioned a poem that she remembered from her childhood, at a concert. She remembered that the last line of each verse was "Feed the Brute!" and thinks that the poem was about how to keep a man. Does anyone know this poem? We would love to find it to recite at the next session in Wastview....
