The Silk Road Project

Every so often, when there is a spare five minutes in the day, a random search on the internet calls. Today a search on "Music from the Silk Road" has brought this website up. The idea to use the Silk Road as a metaphor for connecting people around the world through music came to cellist Yo-Yo Ma in 1998 who has established this amazing network.
