The community weave 2012

This summer, we invited folk to weave a little bit on our small loom, and to put their name to their bit of weave. The weaving is now finished and washed, and here are the pictures of your work! We took the liberty of rewriting your names so that email addresses, etc are not visible. Apologies for any mistakes.

I love the finished piece. It is full of colour and life and vitality, so much so that I had to ask Shona from the Shetland Gallery next door to help me photograph it. Hope you like the complete piece as much as we do.
