Moving to another country might have meant that lots of readers would be lost in the transition but that has turned out not to be the case.

Thank you to all of you who have written in with comments and good wishes. People have written to say that they are enjoying seeing the country through our eyes, and like Maori being used on the blog. Others have emailed to suggest new things to look at.
