Swapping and sharing

A few years back, we started a programme of bartering services for space in our studio and at the time, people were a little sceptical. The idea is not new, but it worked really well and we have had folk from all over the world coming to Shetland to be in the studio and stay in the wee croft house down the road. Now it seems the time is right for this sort of thing with IdeasTap looking for creative folk to share office space in return for work. Perhaps we are returning to a gentler age when barter and exchange is becoming one legitimate form of sharing our world?
