Late summer in Shetland

It is a little while since we shared some pics of the islands. This year the summer colours are absolutely brilliant, in all senses of the word.

In the week that Ann and Isobel arrived on the Queen Victoria cruise ship, we have had fog, sun, mist, cool and warmth. (In fact, we had so much heat that the Highland cows took refuge in the loch!). A real Shetland variety of weather to welcome visitors and make us islanders very happy! And I hope these make you grin too...
