A colourful slideshow

WeaveTech forum always has interesting articles to read and discussions. Here is a link from a member to photographs of  mills in the USA.

The photographs remind me of the mill here in Shetland which we visit on our textile tours. Noisy and busy, the mills are full of colour as the latest batch of wool goes through the various processes and is turned into yarns and eventually products. It is very exciting to see the transformation and how such very bright colours tone down as they are blended and made into yarn.
