Singing for care

We go into care centres to do singing and movement sessions, and sometimes it is hard to know what people think of the sessions because they are polite and like to tell you what you want to hear. As I left the Isleshavn Care Centre in Yell today, I overheard one of the old folk who comes for day care talking to her friend. "I have had fun this afternoon." she said. "It has been fine and lightsome!"
