Underwater cities

As the world grows more aware of sea-level rise and global warming so artists are getting involved in the debate in very interesting ways. Meet  Daan Roosegaarde.

Daan's recent piece, Waterlicht, uses technology to create a watery dreamscape across land and cityscapes. It is a powerful idea, coming from this Dutch artist whose homeland mostly and famously lies below or just above sea level.
