Inspiration from an unusual source

A friend from one of our tours last year sent us a picture of her newest weave, and the inspiration for the piece is not what one might have expected!

Prue hails from New Zealand and we had a brilliant tour looking at Shetland in all its autumn colours. Since then we have all been exchanging emails and Prue has been taking weaving lessons. How about this for a scarf pattern, designed to replicate the colours on a shed in Lerwick. We love it!
