The Joan Project and The Shetland Tweed Company

Two exciting things have happened this week...

The Joan Project launched. This new company seeks to work with artisan Scottish mills and weavers and The Shetland Tweed Company was chosen to work on a cloth for their first collection. Here is a link to the jacket we supplied the fabric for. It looks fresh and sophisticated, doesn't it? We wish Colleen and Lillian the very best of luck for their new venture. 

The Shetland Tweed Company also received back the newest cloth from the finishers. This is a sneak preview of the length, but only the first part. There are actually four different colourways on the cloth but we cannot show you them all until we have checked over and cut the fabric apart. You will just have to wait...

All of this is making us feel Very Grown-Up!
