Opera! Opera! Opera!

A lot of folk don't think opera is for them, and a lot of opera houses are trying to change people's perception of this attitude. Over the weekend, I was lucky enough to attend a forum in London with the education in opera network, RESEO, and Opera Europa, professional opera companies and people. The forum was very interesting and entertaining, not least because I saw Anna Nicole, and seven operas in production, plus the new production studios for the Royal Opera House in Thurrock.

More cogitation is needed before the final thoughts can be committed to web-space, but I have made some great new contacts and friends with Norwegian opera companies, German houses, English, Welsh and of course Scottish! And there are some exciting plans for the future under discussion too, so a great trip and lots to look forward to.
