On Point: Royal Academy of Dance at 100

On Point: Royal Academy of Dance at 100 is an exhibition of a century of dance from this famous and prestigious institution. It includes costumes, film, designs and artefacts, including pieces from one of the founders of the Academy, Tamara Karsavina. The picture here shows her dancing Le Spectre de la Rose with Vaslav Nijinski in 1911, and the video below is an interview with her about dancing with Nijinski in Giselle in 1910.
The exhibition opens in the Theatre and Performance Rooms at the V&A on December 2nd 2020 and closes in September 2021.
