New looms

Our new looms have arrived and we are putting them together over the next few weeks. The looms are 40cm Ashford eight shaft looms, perfect for teaching and training, and they already have their first booking! In January, we have a teacher coming up to run a class for a few days on intorductory weave and colour. Once that class is over, we will be running regular courses for beginners in weave! Thanks to the Handweavers Studio for the advice and assistance, and to Awards for All who have funded the looms and a series of weave workshops for children in school.
