Can you help solve a mystery?

In our studio, people frequently drop in with bits and pieces of history and we have accumulated some very interesting things, most of which we can tell something about. But this one has us stumped.

George V programme George V programmeGiven to us by a friend down the road, this programme is printed on crepe paper and shows King George V and Queen Mary (we think) surrounded by painted flowers with verse underneath commemorating a procession to St Pauls.

Do any of our readers recognise this or can you hazard a guess what it could be? We would love to know. Answers on a virtual postcard please.
