Luminate, art with older people

Yesterday, we had a lovely visit from Anne Gallagher who runs the Luminate Festival, the arts festival for older people in Scotland. Anne came up with John Morris to spend the day and we talked about the singing and dancing sessions we do in the care centres in Shetland. A lovely day with lots of questions and answers, and ideas and enthusiasm. We even had both Anne and John weaving on one of our AVL looms. I can see a performance piece coming up!
