Kimono: Kyoto to Catwalk revisited

Kimono: Kyoto to Catwalk was postponed just as it looked like it was shaping up to be a fantastic show. We are still lucky though to be able to see highlights here and explore some of the pieces in-depth. 

Now the large hardcover book of the show has arrived and with it hours of pleasure. The book is filled with photographs of garments, both historical and contemporary, and shows this dynamic fashion in its full glory. Wonderful!

Although the library at the studio is currently closed to the public, when it reopens the library will be available for browsing and research.
