The Knitting and Stitching Show 2014

This week we have been at the Knitting and Stitching Show in London's Alexandra Palace. What a week it has been!

Starting with packing all our stuff up in Yell and getting it shipped down to London via Lerwick and Kent, we put up our Shetland croft and then have spent a wonderful few days chatting to people about our part of the world, and the work we do. It has been a fantastic experience and we have been inundated with folk wanting to come to Shetland, reminiscing about their time in the islands, and ooh-ing and aah-ing at the tweed products we have on display. 

We shall post more later about the Show once we get back to Shetland, but here are some pictures of the stand, before and after, to whet your appetite. So apologies for the lack of news this week. Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible...
