Indian Textiles: 1000 years of art and design

Erlier this year, George Washington University Museum hosted an exhibition of Indian textiles, taking in 1000 years of art and design. 

The Voice Of Fashion, an Indian magazine that offers an alternative view from the sub-continent on the fashion and cloth industries, editor-in-chief Shefalee Vasudev speaks to curator Lee Talbot and collector Karun Thakar about their passion for the cloths of India, the reasons for creating this exhibition, and in-depth views on what such a show means in the video below.
