Percy Grainger

Last weekend at a concert given by the Lerwick Choral I sang some Percy Grainger - Shallow Brown. To my surprise and delight I also heard some music I had not heard of his before.

The composer, Australian by birth, loved folk song and recorded many of them. The Choral sang The Lost Lady Found and you can listen to it in an instrumental version by following this link.
