Full moon rising…

One of our readers (thanks Marianne) has sent in a link to this beautiful moonrise in New Zealand. When the moon gets above the horizon, it looks just like an enormous bubble escaping into the sky. Wonderful, serene and theatrical, almost operatic. I half-expected the people in the video, moving into place like performers on stage, to burst into song.
