The world's favourite colour

A survey of colour for Hull City of Culture 2017 has found what has been dubbed "Marrs Green"; the World's Favourite Colour.

30,000 submissions from more than 100 countries picked the colour chosen by Annie Marrs, a fine art graduate. You can see the colour on the Independent's website here and more about it on the Telegraph's site, but do remember that your screen colour is not exact.
