Glimpsing the English

The British Pavilion at the Venice Biennale featured the work of the artist Jeremy Deller. This is the video of his view of England along with an interview with the artist explaining his ideas.

I like the steel drum renditions of, among others, Vaughan Williams that accompany the video. And I also enjoyed watching a documentary about Deller's recreation of a clash that took place between striking miners and the police in 1984. Thank you to the reader who sent these links in.
