Embroidery for all

A few weeks back there was a story on the news about a man who stitched a bank card. Looking for the story we stumbled on a website for all the embroidery fans out there...

Annoyed with the length of time it was taking the bank to send a replacement card, Keith Clark stitched and mailed his own version of the card to Santander, posting pics on the bank's Facebook page. The full story can be found on this website - Mr X Stitch - along with loads of other textile-y related goodness. It has been a fun time, not only finding the original search but also the blueprints to make your very own  lightsabre. Isn't that, to coin a phrase, F.A.B!
