Emahoy Tsegué-Maryam Guèbrou

Emahoy Tsegué-Maryam Guèbrou was an Ethiopian nun, composer and pianist. 

On March 26th, this astonishing woman passed away in Jerusalem at the age of 99, leaving behind a treasury of music and recordings. Her extraordinary background included private schooling, working for an Emperor and taking Holy Orders.
