Electronic fabric

Here is an interesting project brought to our attention by the magic of Twitter via Angharad McLaren.

CHROMOSONIC by Judit Eszter Karpati from Hungary uses reactive dyes in conjunction with electronics to create fabric that changes pattern when it is touched or when a current is applied. This fabric uses sound files to create the original patterns. How cool is that.  Have a look at the video on this website and let us know what you think. Thanks @anghym!
