Fashion through the eyes of Dora Maar
Some of the most iconic photographs of the last century came about through the lens of Dora Maar.
Known today mainly as the muse for Picasso's Weeping Woman, Dora was a talented photographer and painter, and a radical, innovative surrealist experimenter. A show has just opened in London's Tate Modern which explores her life and work in the context of the work of her contemporaries. Dora worked first of all in fashion and advertising and you can see some of those pictures here. The exhibition is on from now until the 15th March 2020.
