Most people think creativity means instantly coming up with ingenious ideas. They couldn't be more wrong!

In this article, creativity is described as a process of making mistakes, failing, and learning from that lesson. How very true. The more mistakes and failures, the more opportunity for learning and, ipso facto, the better the end result can be. Anyone can make mistakes and crucially, learn from them.
