Colour from music

Next week, Saturday 28th, I will be giving a talk and a short hands-on demonstration of using music as inspiration for colour in the second of our workshops at Nimble Fingers, Toll Clock.

The workshop starts at ten o'clock and finishes at 11:30, and will cost £5. There are six places in the class, and you will need to bring coloured threads and some strong cardboard on which to make colour wraps. You will also need a pencil, paper and coloured pens or pencils.

This is a taster workshop for people interested in seeing and hearing the world in different ways, and will influence the way you look at colour and hear music. It is suitable for adults and children over the age of nine. Places can be booked by email andy@creativeindustriesshetland.org.uk, or by telephoning 01957 744 355.
