Magic carpets

In a former church in Morocco something extraordinary is happening with light.

Referencing textiles, embroidery, biology, mosaics, tradition and culture,  the French artist Miguel Chevalier has painted a carpet with light onto the floor of the building. As viewers walk across the floor, the light swirls and changes, as it does to the music of Michel Redolfi. What a lovely idea and how very wonderful the result.
