A billowing sculpture

Using a variety of sources, such as postcards and barnacle colonies, as inspiration, a huge aerial sculpture on a new waterfront in Florida measures more than 420 feet  in diameter and is made of 180 miles of twine tied together with 1,662,528 knots.
